Swiftbrand Support is way too effective

Even after the Seeker Runes fix Brands still have remarkably high attachment range, in most cases you unable to react on even see the brand before it attaches to you, this was "acceptable" before Archmage and Swiftbrand release - the fact you barely could avoid the brand was compensated by relatively low damage per hit and "prolongated" effect, brands were annoying but manageable.

With Archmage the damage has become a problem, with Swiftbrand the PvP DPS is unreasonably high.

Swiftbrand support directly converts duration to dps, and so any opportunity to fight back while affected by a brand is missing, It's like "Do you have a brand attached to you? - you'll die in 3 seconds. Have fun".

High attachment range, High damage per hit, High Activation Frequency, two things from the list should go.

stormbrand still op , it can offscreen you in 1vs1 arena while you cast your auras
